Sales / Solar Consultant
Help homeowners and businesses understand their options, join site visits and prepare clear solar proposals.
About the role
As a solar consultant you are the first person a customer talks to. You will answer inquiries, explain what solar can and cannot do for their property, join ocular inspections and turn their needs into a written proposal.
We value honest advice over hard selling: recommendations follow the customer's needs and site conditions, not a fixed package.
What you will do
- Respond to inquiries that come in from the website, calls and messages
- Understand a customer's electricity bills, goals and property
- Join ocular inspections and gather the details needed for a design
- Prepare and explain written proposals and quotations
- Follow up with customers until they decide
- Keep customer records up to date in the CRM
What we are looking for
- Good communication in English and Filipino
- Comfortable talking with customers by phone, chat and in person
- Organised, with good follow-through
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in solar and renewable energy
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
